#335 Mood Board Challenge

Hey Everyone!

Renee here hosting this week's challenge. This week, we have a fun mood board challenge for you with lots of awesome fall/autumn themes and designs...a sure thing to get your creative juices flowing - the outdoors, leaves, fun autumn colors, food & drink, baking,...can't wait to see what you create!

Renee

This mood board screamed pumpkin spice to me, so I chose to use the color scheme and autumn drinks as my inspiration on a copic colored easel card.

Gail

I chose the hot drinks section of this mood board. Here's my hot cocoa card.

I call this layout "use all the Fall things!" JK
But you can definitely tell it was Fall inspired.
I broke out a couple of hardly-used scrappy items for this layout.
And that BG paper is old, so old!

I miss my teens being this little..brings back lots of memories scrapping photos from our days of living in Seattle and actually getting to experience Fall and pumpkin patches!

Amanda

I was inspired by some of the fall colors for this layout!

I was inspired by the colors of the mood board and the leaves to create this "Thankful" card:

#334 Enamel Dots

Hello, everyone! Beth here with this week's challenge. Since our blog is Use Your Stuff and we all know you have Enamel Dots in your stash, this week's challenge is to make a card, 3-D project or scrapbook page using some of your Enamel Dots!

Here's a look at the creations from the design team:

Beth
My favorite Enamel Dots are the Stampin' Up! Glitter Enamel Dots.  They come in four great sparkly colors!  I had to make a snowman card because it snowed in Iowa today and that never happens on Oct 14!

I had gotten pix of the grandkids after the fact last year and here is one of them,
N had had lots of fun trying on different hats and costumes and getting the laugh.
Here he's a little Bug-A-Boo !
And I used enamel dots, stars and hearts to decorate the polka-dot background.

Stephanie
For this project, I used enamel dots with sticks attached to them; music notes!

Doreena
A Collage Style Project Life Page that includes 6 Enamel Dots

 Chris
I love adding enamel dots to my layouts so this was super easy for me!

Amanda
I used up some very old enamel dots to accent this Christmas card.

Tina
I love to use enamel dots on a layout for a soft accent

Highlights Challenge #333 - Autumn/Halloween

Happy Sunday! Thank you to everyone that played along with our Autumn/Halloween challenge. We had so many wonderful entries this week - I wish that I could feature every single one of them.

There was just no way that I could narrow it down to 3, so I decided that since it was an Autumn/Halloween challenge, that I would do a Top 3 for the Autumn cards and a Top 3 for the Halloween cards.

Here are your Top 3 Autumn cards - in no particular order:

Challenge #333 - Autumn/Halloween

Hello, everyone! Lori here with this week's challenge. Autumn is in full swing here in the Northern Hemisphere and Halloween is just around the corner. Our challenge to you this week is to create an Autumn/Halloween themed project.

Here's a look at the creations from the design team:

Lori
I can't believe that this is the first Halloween card that I have made this year. Everything on my card came from my scrap box and I do believe that I will need to look into a new Halloween collection next year!

Doreena
A Pocket Page of my husband and daughter at Universal Studios Hollywood Horror Nights, last month. I had a lot of fun mixing up different types of embellishments, including actual ephemera from that night, and that polka-dot PP is older than my (16-year-old) daughter!!

Amanda
I don't often send Halloween cards but I decided that this year it would be fun to make and send a couple out to some of our friends that have little ones. Everyone loves some fun mail!
I made this one for our best friend's two little ones using all hoarded papers/scraps/ribbon and stamps I have had for several years.

Gail
Today is Canadian Thanksgiving so I made a Thanksgiving card with a fall theme.

I love Autumn colors and was inspired to use them on a card using my Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers.

Heather R

Fall is my favorite time of year...although living in FL we don't really get to experience it.  My photos are from a trip to NC a few years back.

Thanks so much for stopping by today! We would love to see what you create!

Challenge #332: Forest Frolic

Happy Fall Y'all.  Tammy here with this week's challenge...FOREST FROLIC!  Let's see your cute little forest critters, or maybe something with trees and leaves...it is a wood nymph?  Whatever you decide, we want to see it!  Be sure to link up below!  You have until 6pm MST on October 6th to link up.

Tammy
I have been wanting to use this little die cut that was sent to me for a long time now, so it was fun to put it onto this little autumn card!

Stephanie
-For this project, I was inspired by pictures of my dogs watching a squirrel taunt them outside my dining room window.

Chris

I decided to do a fun title for the forest inspired theme featuring my and my awesome hubby.

"Forest" reminded me of falling leaves and nature, and inspired this collage.

Majo

I made a gift card package using wooden paper as a cover. I make many of those for the upcoming Christmas season, but this design just fits a birthday present for a friend ....
