#416 It's My Favorite.....

For this fun challenge we want to see what your favorite is.....it could be a favorite sketch, embellishment, tool, color etc....Let us know in your post which of your favorites you used.

Here are some favorites of the DT

                                                                  JULENE

I like using green on layouts, especially the soft mint and teal colours.

On this layout I used red flowers as contrast.

I love the colour BLUE.

It's not secret that I love Disney and so scrapping Disney is my absolute favorite thing...and then throw in a little Star Wars and it is perfection!

Amanda

One of my favourite techniques, especially when using patterned papers, is outlining around the edges with black to make the pages pop! And of course, one of my favourite topics to scrap - my kids!

I've used my (current!) favourite stamp set, stamping which is my favourite card making technique, my favourite colour combination (red and brown) and my favourite colouring medium (Promarkers).

This spread is all of my favorites.  It's my favorite medium (planners), in my favorite color (pink) and has my favorite set of stickers on it (my custom sorority stickers).  I love this so much!

Doreen

Our Mini-Pig Hamlet is one of my favorite subjects to scrap

Highlights #414

We were so happy to see so many of you find some old stuff in your stash to play along with us on this last challenge.  I bet it felt good to use up some stuff hanging around!

In no particular order, here are the top 3 random winners for this challenge as chosen by my son ...LOL

#13 Billie A

#27 Lisa Lynn

Congratulations Ladies! Don't forget to grab your badge from the sidebar.  Everyone make sure you check out the post for our new challenge here!

#415 Hearts

Oh here we are into February now!  The month of love...**sigh**

Our challenge for you is to create a project that has HEARTS into it. It could be the focal point or the embellishment but we should be able to distinctly see the hearts in your project.

Let's check out the DT projects for this fun challenge!

                                                             JULENE

I made this wedding card, or it could be anniversary card by tracing around a heart template then overlaying them on the background.

My daughter took this picture of my dog sporting some cool heart shaped sunglasses over the summer.  I thought he would be the perfect subject matter for a heart themed challenge.

I have used up some heart patterned paper from Stampin' Up that has been in my stash for quite a while along with a new stamp set that I've been wanting to try out.  Rather than a traditional Valentine card, I've made a birthday card.
