Thank you to everyone for the amazing applications for the DT this upcoming term. I wish that I could take everyone on but there just isn't enough room. In the end we chose 7 new members so that we can bring a lot of great inspiration to you each week.
Besides myself (Tammy), Renee, Lynn, Amanda, Anne and Michelle, I would like to introduce you to these other wonderful ladies.
I hope you will stop by their blogs (just click on their names to go to their blogs), check out their wonderful work and leave them some love. You can start seeing their work with our February 2nd challenge.
Hello! My name is Lori and I live in a very small SW Missouri town with my husband, Scott, and our 2 sons, Matthew and Shane. We also have a daughter, Abby, who is married to her high school sweetheart and they have a one year old baby girl named Ada, that I get the pleasure of babysitting through the week.
I started scrapbooking about 16 years ago and I haven't looked back since. Nothing relaxes me any more than spending time in my scrap room. I love looking back on all that has happened and preserving those memories! I would call my scrappy style clean and simple, but lately I have really been having fun adding more layers to my layouts.
My name is Fanny, I live in France near Versailles, and I am a mother of two teenagers, boy and girl.
I am married for 15 years and still in love :)
I do scrapbooking for 3 years memory, I like to test new things, and mix techniques. And above all I love to share and offer.
Hi, I'm Martha Lucia Gómez, I am from Colombia, but now I live in Miami, USA. My first language is Spanish, which is why when you visit my blog, you will see it is written in Spanish; but don't worry, I have a translate button. I studied Social Communications and Journalism, but I've loved crafts ever since I was a kid. Once upon a time, I used to work with metal jewelry, but one day I discovered stamps, ink and paper, and I was hooked; now it is my passion. I continue working in my profession, but at the same time I work on my blog and in various Design Teams; I can definitely conclude that working with paper crafts is the best therapy.
I live with my husband and our two daughters and I divide my time between my family, my work in a Public Relations Company and my passion: stamping and crafting. I love to create cards, 3D´s and alter different projects. I am looking forward to working on this Design Team and sharing my passion with all of you.
Hello! My name is Shirley Tait and I am lucky enough to live in gorgeous sunny Queensland, Australia with my wonderfully supportive husband of over 20 years and three beautiful children aged 18, 16 and 14! Our large family includes two puppies, two cats, fish & birds too! I love photography and as you can imagine I have no shortage of subjects! I am an avid card maker of some 15+ years and a keen scrapbooker of 10+ years. Whilst I have dabbled in other crafty areas such as OTP, ATC’s & Altered Art I feel that cards & layouts are my main passion in life! I feel my style varies with my mood from simple & clean cut to lumpy/bumpy. I have been a Stampin’ Up demonstrator in the past and I love copic markers (although I feel I have a lot to learn) not to mention all things glitz, bling, sparkle and I love, love, love flowers! Like so many of you I have a huge stash so I can’t wait to get started on the Use Your Stuff team. Looking forward to meeting you all and seeing your wonderful crafty creations! Happy creating.
MARION (MAJO) WYBRANIETZ
Hello, I’m Majo Wybranietz. I live in Germany with my husband and our two lovely kitten.
I started scrapbooking in 2008 and was addicted right away. I’m an "all-rounder", I scrap layouts and cards, love to create tags and ATC’s and get my hands into mixed media projects. I love trying new and different things and techniques. I'm on several design teams and have had my work published in a number of magazines
When not crafting, I enjoy reading a thrilling book and working in our garden.
I'm so excited to be Designer at UYS!

My name is Julia and I have been scrapping and card making for about 15 years, scrapping longer than card making of course. I have grown quite the collection of scrap goodies over the years and I do like to shop for newer things but like many others my collection is feeling a bit like a hoard and I have a real desire to use all the beautiful paper, embellishments and lovelies that I have collected. I have tried all kinds of styles and techniques over the years and I have determined that I love to use sketches, yet do my own thing, I like a clean style, though a little messy, a linear style, though a little off kilter, a monochromatic scheme, with lots of color and single photo layouts with opportunities to add multiple photos. There you have it! Honestly though I love to scrapbook and make cards!! I occasionally try new things though not nearly as frequently as when I was a younger scrapper. I love to watch you tube process videos, scroll through blogs and participate in challenges! I've recently started making you tube videos, mostly kit shares, layout shares and kill a kit videos. I have tried to make process videos but I sometimes take a long time on a single layout and I find it difficult to talk for that long! I don't know how to narrate over videos that I've speeded up, so until I learn to do those that I don't think I will be sharing any more process videos. I love to share my layouts and cards and I hope to inspire others!
I live in Ontario, Canada, and am a FT receptionist. My hubby and I enjoy travelling, motor-bikes, camping/boating, and I play beach and indoor volleyball. I started scrapping in 2001 when I made an album of our Dominican trip to my dad and step-mom’s wedding (read: an extremely basic album with rudimentary supplies – construction paper, glitter glue and stencils!)
In 2009 we made some changes at home, my hubby suggested I take the little bedroom for a craft room and I jumped at the idea! A few years later my son moved out and I expanded into his room. Then we redid the basement and now my space is a beautiful 11×20 room, packed tight and I can be found there most weekends.
