Challenge #40- Sew Many Possibilities

Hello again all you crafty people,

I love the look that stitching can add to a project so this week I'm challenging you to add some stitching to your projects. Hand sewn or machine stitched give it a home made look this week.
Hey even if you have some pre-stitched papers why not use up some of that special paper special paper as I did this week.
Happy crafting!!

I've had this pre-stitched layout for over a year!
I cut a title with my Silhouette and added a few embellishments.
I'm so happy I used this paper and now I finally have a layout about our home.

I love the look of stitching on projects. I don't do it often enough though. I really need to do it more often. On this layout I just stitched around the white paper, but it goes a long way to setting it off.

I too, rarely stitch on my layouts.  It is just a little time consuming for me and I take long enough to do a layout already.  So, I usually faux stitch with my pen when I want that look.    But I used to embroider, so I know a whole lot of fancy stitches.  This older layout of my oldest daughter used a lot of french knots for an embellishment.
We can't wait to see your creations

Here's a darling little card I made a friend who could deliver a boy- any day now!

I love the stitching on layouts :) The tree and house are so very cute, and the stiching on the fish out of water layout really does set it off. Thanks for the sweet comment on my blog Barb :)

I'm a stitch-aholic. LOL! My pages never seem complete until I sew on them in one way or another. The black stitching on the first layout really makes the pieces pop and it's a perfect piecing for a layout about your home. Love the zig zag stitching on the second layout too. :)

Great layouts. I wish I could stitch in a straight line, think I need to practice more :) Elizabeth
