UYS #467 Woodgrain / Double Trouble Collaboration

 Hey everyone!  We are really excited to be partnering with Double Trouble Challenges for this week's challenge.

Our portion of the collaboration is to use wood or woodgrain on your project.  This could be a wood piece, the paper you choose, some embossing etc.  Add a die cut or punch and you've got everything you need to play along with the Double Trouble challenge too!

 Once you add your project to our challenge, head on over to their blog and play along with theirs as well.

My "wood grain" choice is the blue and white card anchoring my title and die cuts

I like to keep track of some of my favorite shows of the year and this is my current compilation.

I used two Elle's Studio Pocket Cards & three Elle's Studio die cuts along w/ three stickers and a Kelly Purkey stamp to embellishment my simple 6x8 pocket page

I have been digging through some of the photos my mom has sent my way and found this gem of a photo that's perfect for the challenge.  I think it's the summer of 1980 but not sure other than that we were in Michigan and features my brother and I enjoying sodas together.

One of my family's favorite Fall festivals in our area is the annual Greek Festival held the second week of September.  Featured in this project is my daughter and husband dining away on all sorts of Greek goodies!
