We are so happy to team up with Double Trouble Challenges again for another great challenge! This challenge will run from February 18th until March 3rd. So two full weeks for you to get in on the fun!
A bit about our friends at Double Trouble:
Welcome to Double Trouble - We're two retired ladies bringing you a new challenge blog where we hope you find fun and inspiration! We're not affiliated with any companies and welcome all participants. Our challenge will include Thing 1-Trouble Maker the Basic Challenge, Thing 2-Double Dare being a surprise element in which you may or may not decide to participate and Thing 3-Twisted Sister, will appear with an optional twist to the Challenge.
Our theme for you this challenge is Do You Believe in Magic?
We want you to create a project that has a magical feel to it....a place that is magical to you, a magical item, a magical being? Whatever says magic to you.....
When you enter our challenge this week, be sure to run over to the Double Trouble Challenge blog and see what their co-coordinating challenges are and link up with them as well! The more aspects of the challenge you do, the more entries you will receive to win their prize!
Here are some DT projects to get you started!
Here in the magical land of Harry Potter at Universal Studios, Florida, we went on the ride "Escape from Gringotts". So much FUN!
I paired this magical challenge with Double Troubles Tic Tac Toe challenge using the diagonal line going left to right: Silver and Gold (the coins); Image Stamp Digital (the digital images are the ephemera); Ribbon.
I used a fairy die cut to create my "magical" card this week. I also paired my challenge with Double Trouble's Tic Tac Toe board using the first row down of silver/gold, sentiment, and die/punch:
Karrie
there is something magical about a cat!
Used the 1st column in the tic tac toe - gold, a sentiment, and diecut
Stephanie
Nothing says "magic" to me like Harry Potter! This is my daughter at a Harry Potter book release party a few years ago. I used the 1st column in the tic tac toe board to pull this project together.
For this challenge, I chose to Tic Tac Toe across the middle using a sentiment, image stamp and glitter paper. I also added magic by coloring an Elf stamp.
